Tour Itinerary

Day 1-2 • UK - Johannesburg

Fly overnight to Johannesburg. Spend time exploring the Apartheid Museum, learning about the apartheid years and the struggle against it, culminating in the first democratic elections.
Day 3 • Panorama Route

Head along the Panorama Route to Kruger National Park, taking in the views on one of the most scenic drives in South Africa.
Day 4 • Kruger Game Drive

Enjoy a full day’s game drive at Kruger National Park, experiencing the breathtakingly beautiful sweeping savannah, perhaps spotting hippos, elephants, warthogs or cheetahs.
Day 5 • Kruger

Today, spend your day at leisure, taking advantage of the hotel’s amenities.
Day 6 • Eswatini & Kwazulu Natal

Relax for a scenic drive through the beautiful country of Eswatini on our way to the battlefields of Zululand.
Day 7 • Isandlwana & Rorke's Drift

Today you’ll visit the battlefields of the Zulu Wars, Isandlwana and Rorke’s Drift, led by a specialist Zulu guide for an informative and insightful experience.
Day 8 • Knysna

You’ll fly to George in the Western Cape today, at the heart of the Garden Route, before driving to the picturesque, coastal town of Knysna.
Day 9 • Featherbed Nature Reserve

Take the ferry across the lagoon to the Featherbed Nature Reserve, where you’ll explore the fauna and flora and learn about the history and shipwrecks.
Day 10 • Hermanus

Take in the views on a scenic drive to the Cape’s beautiful Winelands, before continuing to Hermanus, a town known for whale-watching.
Day 11 • Winelands

You’ll tour the beautiful Winelands today, first heading to Stellenbosch where you’ll join a cellar tour and wine tasting, before moving onto Franschhoek, where you can admire the views of majestic mountains and rows of manicured vines.
Day 12 • Cape Town

This morning, visit the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens before heading to Cape Town.
Day 13 • Cape of Good Hope

This morning, you’ll visit Cape Point and the legendary Cape of Good Hope, one of the world’s biodiversity hotspots. You’ll also visit the penguin colony at Boulders Beach.
Day 14 • Cape Town

Today you have ample free time to explore this spectacular city.
Day 15-16 • Cape Town - UK

Today you will fly home overnight to the UK.
